Located in Brownstown Michigan, Francesca's Brick Oven Pizza is the first pizzeria to bring authentic Napoletana-style pizza Downriver. We offer the freshest ingredients like fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, etc. Our secret? We use 00 flour which is a staple in authentic pizza dough in Italy.

Napoletana pizza crust is raised, slightly charred crust with a crispy exterior, yet a soft, chewy, and airy interior. The unique texture is created by baking the pizza quickly in a hot brick oven (imported from Italy). This baking method also creates the iconic charred black spots on the crust for extra flavor. We strive to take care of everyone so try our gluten free, vegan, and Halal options today!

Frank’s Pizza is a tradition that was started in 1952 by Frank Persichillo and later passed onto his children and then grandchildren. Frank’s family tradition lives on through new owners Brandon and Zane Hunt and Josh Cade. Our goal is to do the family and tradition of Frank's proud. It has stood for 70 years and will stand for (at least) the next 70!
